Yulissa Rodriguez is a dedicated social services leader with over a decade of experience in client care and program management. As the Director of the Social Care Network at Hudson Valley Care Coalition, she oversees all operational aspects of the SCN. She has held various leadership roles and oversaw a large scale Health Home in Westchester county and Supported/Supportive Housing program in NYC.
Yulissa Rodriguez has a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations and has been committed throughout her career to providing compassionate care and advocating for their rights. Yulissa received a BA in Psychology from Pine Manor College and a Case Management Certification from Boston University.
