Thaenelly Pichardo is the Program Coordinator for the SCN at Hudson Valley Care Coalition. In her role, Thaenelly helps connect individuals to essential social and health-related services by working closely with community-based organizations and care teams.
Prior to working for HVCC, Thaenelly worked across clinical and remote environments, supporting individuals through Medicaid and MLTC programs, and community-based services. With a strong foundation in program operations and patient advocacy, Thaenelly brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved populations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Stony Brook University.
