Meghan Weygant is the Chief Operating Officer at Hudson Valley Care Coalition. In this role she is responsible for overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of the organization including: finance, information technology, data analytics, and quality oversight of all programs.
Throughout her career, Meghan has been increasingly responsible for multiple service lines within hospital and ambulatory care settings. Under her tenure, she successfully led improvement processes of service lines leading to greater efficiency in workflows and reductions in expense. She also oversaw a hospital capital project budgeting process that included over 50 projects and $25 million in capital investment. She excels at building consensus, aligning interests, and fostering productive relationships across teams, clients, and senior leadership.
Meghan earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Finance from Hartwick College. She also completed executive certificate courses in Healthcare Change Leadership and Executive Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University.
