Jenna Mura started with the IPA in April 2020 originally as the Care Connections Coordinator and soon after was promoted to Network Operations Manager. Her main responsibility is managing the Credentialing Department as well as assistance on various projects and grants.
Prior to Jenna’s work with the IPA, she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Keiser University. Prior to the IPA she worked as a Site Supervisor for a large Healthcare corporation for fourteen years.
