HVC teamed up with Consultant Kristin Woodlock to provide tips and insight on care management during a time of crisis. Keeping the Care in Tele-Care Management-helps care managers structure multiple calls with member’s in lieu of the usual face-to-face. The tips help create a sense of normalcy and also rejuvenates the social connection between the member and care manager.
