Sean Allen is a health care quality specialist, actively participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Hudson Valley Care’s Quality Management Program. He supports HVC’s network of partner agencies in delivering high quality services by facilitating quality improvement projects, managing and surveilling data, and disseminating key findings from the data. Sean has knowledge and experience in quality improvement models, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and the Model for Improvement (PDSA).
Prior to joining Hudson Valley Care, Sean worked in the clinical setting assisting physicians in the operation of their practice as well as providing care at the bedside. Sean holds a Master of Science degree in Health Care Quality from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is currently enrolled at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Health Informatics.
