Amie Parikh, CEO of Hudson Valley Care Coalition, the New York State designated lead entity for the Hudson Valley Social Care Network (SCN), spoke to News12 during Hunger Action Month to talk about the SCN and daily living gaps that are affecting the overall health and wellbeing of Westchester residents.
Urging Medicaid members in the Hudson Valley to get screened, Amie shares how the SCN is addressing health-related social needs for chronically ill and at-risk populations.
