Amie was recognized for her groundbreaking leadership in shaping care models that go beyond the clinic, addressing the social needs that impact health outcomes. As City & State notes:
“Amie Parikh has shaped an innovative model of integrated, value-based care that addresses social drivers of health—including housing support, food, and transportation—for some of New York’s most vulnerable Medicaid members.”
Under her direction, HVCC is leading implementation of New York’s Social Care Network across the Hudson Valley and serving as a lead Health Home entity across seven counties.
